Tim has been writing and playing since high school. A part of various bands and line-ups, he had this to say about Dorothy's Dishes: "Of all the musicians I've had the pleasure to work with, this group is some of the most talented, and the versatility we have is unlike anything I've been a part of. The new album will really represent that versatility and how we sound live. We can't wait to release it."  

Regarding musical influences, he loves everything from the Beatles to Bob Dylan to Outlaw Country.  His songwriting is often inspired by the best. "I've listened to John Prine almost as long as I can remember. If you have an ability to put words together, and have listened to Prine, I'm not sure how you couldn't be inspired to write something. It might even be good!"
